The hotel did not include parking, forcing us to pay 35 euros per day for a garage. On top of that, the housekeeping team barged in at times that felt intrusive, and the reception staff were almost overbearing in their eagerness to help, quite annoying.

Incredible location in Florence Historic Centre district so close to excellent recommended restaurants, the wonderful sights and the center of the top spots. Fab meals with warm drinks.
Very unfriendly staff!

The San Firenze Suites were fantastically located within just a few minutes of almost everything there is to see in Florence. The rooms themselves were beautifully decorated. The staff were always very helpful. The rooms were suprisingly quiet as well so all in all very happy with it.
No real complaints, except since the hotel doesn't have breakfast facilities you do have to go out to get Breakfast. Would have been so much better to get some sort of coffee making facility in the room just to kick start the mornings but this is a minor complaint since there are at least 3 bars literally next to the Suites where coffee and a pastry are easily available. The Spa element to the hotel is for private booking only

The staff went above and beyond, accommodating our baby with thoughtful gestures and excellent recommendations. The spacious Junior Suite was a luxurious retreat after long days exploring Florence.

the location of the hotel is very good and the reception staff very courteous and helping
the steam and the sauna area in the spa should be complimantary for the guests of the hotel though the massages if needed may be charged as is in most of the other 5 star hotels that i stayed in as it helps the tourist to relax a bit in the evening and for this reason only I may not like to stay here again as a was getting a 4star hotel at much cheaper price but i only opted this place for the spa and when i was told that it will be charged it was not worth the price therefore without this service t will not reccomend to my friends

Great hotel with only 12 rooms, it deserves its reputation. Big and cool suite (room 111), great bathroom with whirlpool and very good location. The staff is amazing and they will give you nice tips and tricks for Florence.
There is only one thing that disappointed us: the price of the Spa. The booking page of the Hotel, on the special information of the rooms, says that you have to pay a supplement to use the Spa, but when you ask at your arrival to the hotel, this supplement is 60€ per hour, this price is not a supplement it's a high cost!. They should explain that from scratch.

We had an amazing time at our hotel! The kids loved splashing around in the jacuzzi, and we really enjoyed the spa lounge's relaxation vibe. We were surprised there wasn't a bar, but with so many fantastic spots nearby, it wasn't an issue at all. 😊

This is a small hotel with a very personal feel. Lovely room with a comfy bed. Receptionists were very helpful and friendly.
The hotel has a policy to reuse towels if so desired, however even though I hung the towels up, I always received a new towel.

The hotel provided an excellent experience with spacious, clean Junior Suites that felt luxurious. The staff were really good, arranged a bottle of bubbles to celebrate our special occasion, and offering fantastic recommendations for dining and excursions. Breakfast featured home-grown organic fruits. The breakfast options could be expanded for greater variety, and the location, while convenient, may present noise concerns during busy hours.

We enjoyed being here. Location: the hotel was close to restaurants, markets, sandwich shops, and gelato, and all great museums and shops. It was within walking distance of Il Mandarino, where you can have lunch. A huge variety of food for breakfast, which was great to satisfy everyone.

Location excellent, very comfortable rooms, tastefully furnished. Staff very helpful. We arrived with a car which in hindsight was an error as the hotel is in a pedestrianised area but were able to make use of garage facilities which the hotel arranged for us. When we had problems with keys etc we were always able to get someone to help.
